FAQs
We believe you should know exactly what you're paying and why. Here's how the tiers work, in plain terms. If your question isn't here, call the front desk.
What's included, and what do I pay?
One monthly price with your medication included. Semaglutide runs $149 to $219 a month and tirzepatide $169 to $329, depending on your dose. That covers your provider visits, dose management, and every vial shipped to your door. You never buy a vial. Pay six months up front and it's $10 a month less.
Can I cancel?
After your six-month commitment, yes. We prorate to the day your vial runs out. If you receive a vial in month five that lasts into month seven, you're covered and billed through that day, then done.
What happens to my price when my dose goes up?
Your rate moves to the new level at your next bill. If you're moving up more than two weeks before that bill, you pay the difference between the two tiers once, so you're covered at the new tier right away.
Semaglutide levels are $20 to $30 apart.
Tirzepatide levels are $30 to $70 apart.
If your next bill is within two weeks, there's nothing extra.
Can I switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide?
Yes, if your provider agrees it's right for you. You can finish the vial you have and start tirzepatide when it runs out, or start today. Either way your rate moves to the tirzepatide tier at your next bill. If you start before your next bill, you pay the difference between your two tiers once. Switching back works the same way, and moving to a lower tier never costs anything.
