We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team at NP Modalities’ Danville location. In this patient-centered role, you’ll work closely with our providers to support treatment plans, deliver outstanding care, and make a real impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with patients regarding symptoms, concerns, and follow-ups
• Perform routine medication check-ins and update dosing in EMR
• Conduct lab draws and manage proper specimen handling
• Administer IM and subcutaneous vitamin injections
• Ensure timely and accurate chart documentation
• Collaborate with providers on care coordination and patient follow-up

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Kentucky
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Strong communication skills and comfort with patient interaction
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Highly organized, dependable, and a collaborative team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience administering vitamin or hormone injections
• Background in integrative, wellness, or hormone-based care
• Interest in functional medicine and patient education
