Nurse Practitioner - Independent Contractor

Starting Pay: $100 per Consultation
Job Description
Compensation: - $100 per Consultation (typically 45 minutes to 1 hour)
Schedule: - Create your own schedule based on your availability. - We ask that you maintain the same hours and days each week to ensure consistent patient scheduling. - If a schedule adjustment is needed, we request a minimum of two to three weeks' notice to prevent future bookings during the affected times.
Additional Notes: - This position is 1099 (Independent Contractor) and does not include employee benefits such as PTO, health insurance, or retirement contributions.
- You will be responsible for your own taxes,
professional liability insurance, and maintenance of licensure.
- Consultations are to be performed in
accordance with NP Modalities’ clinical standards and policies.
- Professionalism, timely charting, and adherence to compliance requirements are expected at all times.
